1. Sponsor

The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Take it Easy Packaged Goods ("Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Shopify, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, or any other platform.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. The prize cannot be shipped to, and entrants are not eligible in, the following states: Alaska (AK), Arkansas (AR), California (CA), Hawaii (HI), Idaho (ID), Kansas (KS), Louisiana (LA), Minnesota (MN), Oklahoma (OK), Oregon (OR), Rhode Island (RI), Utah (UT), and Vermont (VT). Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family/household members, are not eligible. Void in any jurisdiction where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering, you represent that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins at [12:00:01 AM] CT on June 23, 2026 and ends at [11:59:59 PM] CT on June 25, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device.

4. How to Enter

Scan the Sweepstakes QR code or visit takeiteasypackagedgoods.com/pages/win during the Entry Period, then submit a valid email address, confirm you are 21 or older, and submit the entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address for the entire Entry Period. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted by anyone under 21 are void.


5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) top-shelf pound (16 oz). Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty. No cash equivalent, substitution, or transfer except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prize will only be awarded and shipped to a winner who is 21+ and located in an eligible state (see Section 2 for excluded states); if the winner cannot legally receive the prize, an alternate winner may be selected. An adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery.

6. Odds & Winner Selection

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries. Winner must respond and confirm eligibility (including proof of age, 21+) within 30 days, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 where required.

8. Publicity & Privacy

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city/state, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. Email addresses collected through the entry form will be used by Sponsor to administer the Sweepstakes and, where the entrant has opted in, to send marketing communications. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time. 

9. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity. Released parties are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
